Terms of Service
Last Updated: February 13, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a digital profile, acquiring compute cycles, or utilizing the Coral Engine v17 infrastructure, you affirm your agreement to these protocols. These terms constitute a binding governance relationship between you and the Coral High-Performance Computing Group.
2. Generative Intelligence
The Coral Engine relies on probabilistic generative models. You acknowledge that code and interface structures are synthesized outputs. Coral provides no guarantee of security, logical absolute correctness, or production readiness. Implementation and auditing are the sole responsibility of the architect (User).
3. Asset Transactions
Processing
All compute cycles are processed via Stripe encrypted nodes.
Finality
Subscribed cycles are non-reversible once the initialization has begun.
4. Digital Ownership
Architectural Rights: You own the specific derived code snapshots generated by your mesh interactions.
Engine Governance: Coral maintains all rights to the underlying synthesis software, UI components, and the Mesh orchestration layer.
5. Liability Threshold
Liability is restricted to the maximum extent permitted by governing mesh law. Total exposure shall not exceed the value of cycles acquired in the previous traversal period (6 months).
