Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the Base.v1 AI generation engine ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User") and Base.ui ("Provider").

2. AI Generation Disclaimer

Service relies on Artificial Intelligence. You acknowledge that code and user interfaces generated by Base.v1 are produced by probabilistic AI models. The Provider makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, security, or functionality of generated code. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing any code before deploying it to production. The Provider is not liable for any bugs, vulnerabilities, or financial losses resulting from the use of generated code.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • Processing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
  • Digital Goods: All purchases (Subscriptions) are for digital goods and are non-refundable once the AI generation service has been accessed.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

4. Usage Limits

Pro Plan20 Generations / Cycle
Max Plan40 Generations / Cycle

*Quotas reset daily. Unused credits on subscription plans do not roll over.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Ownership: As between you and Base.ui, you own all right, title, and interest in the specific code outputs generated by your prompts ("Output"), subject to your compliance with these Terms.

Platform Ownership: Base.ui retains ownership of the underlying software, UI, algorithms, and pre-existing library components used to render the Output.

Similarity: Due to the nature of AI, output generated for other users may be similar or identical to yours. You have no claim over such similarities.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." BASE.UI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, INCURRED BY YOU. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST SIX (6) MONTHS.
